I had trouble getting a roofer to even come out to give me a bid. He was recommended from another roofer because Jaime had access to metal that everyone couldn’t get quickly. He did an amazing job and I ended up expanding my project to include more areas after he finished the first area. I also had him replace an entire roof on a second home. He did a wonderful job with both! He was very reasonably priced. His crew was fast and they always showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend his company! I will be using him in the future and will enthusiastically recommend him to my friends and family.

I hired Jaime Custom Roofing LLC with high expectations, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and it often took longer than promised to receive updates. The project timeline was extended without clear explanation, which caused inconvenience. While the crew was polite, the overall coordination and follow-up could be improved. I hope the company works on better communication and project management for future customers.

I made a big mistake and very expensive. My roof that was installed by Custom roofing had numerous leaks after first rain. Two pergolas for which I paid fortune started to fall apart even before they were finished. Two stairs case were canceled to be finished because wrong choice of materials and no expertise, no quality or experience. Jaime took a financial advantage and delivered poor quality of service.
