Custom Touch Interiors

Decided to work with Custom Interiors for our bar cabinet design and build because our contractor used them when the house was built. We had an appointment, discussed design requirements, picked out materials, and left with hope that the project will be a success. That was the last communication with Chiara. Never heard from her again. Ignored our emails. Ignored our messages. Never answered her calls. Would appreciate knowing the reason behind rejecting the business transaction.

I recently worked with Chiara Vert on our kitchen remodel - we are so pleased with how the kitchen turned out. We redid our countertops and backsplash - we also had our cabinets painted (through a different company). Chiara knew I didn't want to be overwhelmed by choices so she listened to what I what I wanted and gave me wonderful options. She told me when the contractors would show up and they did! We get so many compliments on our kitchen - I couldn't have done it without Chiara's help. She was very responsive to me. I highly recommend.

Installed Design-Craft cabinets from Custom Touch. Have been installing kitchens for over 20 years. The quality of the materials for these cabinets is good, however they are very poorly assembled. This made them the worst cabinets I’ve ever had to work with. I will refuse to ever work with these cabinets again.

Sales and Accounting department seems to disconnect. It seems they are not able to get basic math correct when it comes to multiple orders purchase with credits applied. I ended up not getting my money back due to inability of them to keep track of payments, credits, refunds. And they don't seem to take this problem seriously. It does lose customer trust when you can't get basic things like this right.

Horrible service. Cabinet order was mis-ordered, twice. Takes forever to correct their mistakes. There are many cabinet companies out there that have stock cabinets, are cheaper and the sales staff know what they're doing. I don't think our sales lady has ever ordered cabinets before. Please go somewhere else....
