We started this process in June of 2025. It has just been completed this month FEBRUARY OF 2026 so approximately 8 months. This company has been very responsive to issues with quality fixes. These issues were primarily due to supplier quality problems. Hopefully these issues will not be persistent for Custom in the future. Thanks to Custom’s team in working through the problems.

Three woman showed up right on time to clean my lanai windows. They did a thorough job cleaning tracks, windows & screens. I have had their windows for over 6 years & I love this company. Customer Service is excellent. I highly recommend them.

From designing what our lanai would look like when enclosed to all the measurements to the windows and door, and the knee walls and the etc. and more. They were fun to work with, answered our questions, made wonderful suggestions and got it done. We are so happy with the result. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Highly recommend!
