We were looking to remodel a large kitchen and had several quotes and designers involved...then we found Custom Wood Creations and met with Aaron. We could not be happier with our choice to use Custom Wood Creations. Aaron personally met with us, offered his design suggestions and incorporated all the “bells and whistles” we asked for. Custom door stiles, drawer fronts, unique stain color, furniture style island and even drawers inside drawers! Aaron is very detailed and his fit and finish is excellent. His team delivers on the promise - on time and quality. He even finishes the interior to match the cabinet face you won’t find that in the “big box” stores nor at the production cabinet shops. After only a year of living in our new home, our kitchen cabinets started to chip. I tried multiple times to try and contact the owner Aaron with no reply. It was not until I threatened to leave this review that he responded to my email. He claimed it was due to water damage and it was the responsibility of the builder to fix the issue. These cabinets are in the kitchen on the opposite side from the sink. They do not come into contact with water. Also pictured, you will see our mud room bench. Screws have started popping through. I would not recommend this company for your cabinet needs.

My name is Leslie and I am a designer that specializes in new construction as well as remodeling. I have worked with Aaron at Custom Wood Creations for years and love the work he does. I have introduced him to several of my builders as well as clients. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the workmanship or the response from Aaron. Aaron has designed and supplied cabinets for me in million dollar homes, at the same time he offers some lovely cabinets for the cost convince client. I Love this company!

Everything started out great with Aaron. He was very responsive and the install went relatively well. There were immediately about a dozen drawers that were off track or didn’t work properly. He advised me to use everything for 3 months because there would probably be more that needed adjustment and it would be best for him to come out one time and adjust everything then. While the thought of dealing with about a dozen non functioning drawers and doors in my brand new kitchen and master bath wasn’t exciting I went along with it. I even recommended him to my neighbor during this time. The 3 months came and went and now 11 months later I still have cabinets and drawers that are off track, don’t work properly, etc and Aaron won’t return phone calls, texts or emails. Custom Wood Creations designed and installed my remodeled kitchen. I liked the pantry with pull out draws and how the microwave was built into the island. The workmanship, design and quality installation exceeded my expectation.
