We had Mark lay new hardwood floors in two rooms, the result is gorgeous, and the experience was great. Highly recommend and would use again. The details: The work included demolition of a stone floor, matching existing hardwoods, moving cumbersome furniture in and out, coordinating timing with other contractors, and being cognizant of me recovery from surgery just two rooms over. He also figured out a solution to two doorway thresholds in rooms completely unrelated to the new hardwoods project. Mark and his guys were courteous, professional, fastidious, and thorough throughout the project. Like any project, some hiccups along the way, but I couldn't ask for better communication or problem solving on Mark's end.

Mark did above and beyond job. He puts his heart in what he does and treats every detail as if it was his house. That’s what sets him apart from many other people you can use. Mark grew up doing woodworking and he is truly an expert. He was an incredible help for us to identify problems and to correct what was done incorrectly in the past. Besides the fact that he does an outstanding job, it is so easy to work with Mark. He will also insure everything is done in superb manner. Thank you Mark! Our floors look beautiful!

Mark was great to work with. We had several issues arise during our refinishing process that he patiently worked around. He also consulted another contractor related to some leaky door issues we were having, and helped solve the problem. We had the original wood floors refinished using a mix of classic grey and weathered oak. He took a lot of time to come up with the right color that we wanted for our home. He is very meticulous about his work and stands behind it. He had to return to use a different sealer on our floor and through it all was very professional and wanted to meet our expectations. I would definitely use him again in the future. Thanks Mark and Chad for great work and beautiful floors.
