CustomCraft Countertops

This is the second counter top I have purchased from this company. The first counter top a few years ago had many issues and there was so much back and forth to get their mistake fixed. I thought it was a one off, it wasn’t. My most recent order they kept not sending install kits, 3 times. Delayed a project by 6 weeks. The quality of the counter is also not very good. Major warping across all ends which makes putting seams together a major headache and they won’t ever look perfect like other manufacturers I have used. Custom Craft Counters is a company that I will not recommend to anyone. Their products are also something I will actively steer anyone away that asks. Spend a little more and get something that is quality, because their product is not.

Well first the cut was wrong. The hardware was not good. Great design but not when you need it to be flush. The contractors did everything they could to get it done as well as they could. A 4 hour job took 10 hours. Then I called them they asked for pictures. I gave them the pictures they wanted. They came back I needed to massage the laminate first. They will not call my contractors back. Not a good company. They have had a problem with this before.

Everything came warped and didn’t fit properly. Everything is cheaply made and poorly crafted. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time with this company

Their high resolution laminate does look nice .. but holy cow does it scratch easily. I'm talking if you install these do not even plan on sliding a coffee cup across the top because you might scratch your brand new countertops. All the laminate I've been around in the past was decently durable! Such a bummer as we were really excited about the color and design of this laminate as a reasonably affordable way to update our starter home .. but will definitely never use this brand again - unfortunately it's all the Menards in our area sells now. (Sidenote: yes we had it installed by a professional contractor - this was not a diy job.)

We ordered the countertop for our new kitchen and got it home. It was the wrong size. So we re-ordered it, get that order home, same thing. We had to order the countertops three separate times before the correct size came. Our kitchen should have been done in early March and we weren't able to finish it until late April due to this.
