I would like to thank the Cut Rate Glass staff for replacing glasses in our windows. A week after the installation was completed, we notice a small problem and called Manager Jonathan. In no time the problem was rectified. We appreciate that the Cut Rate Glass guarantees the quality of its service. Everything was done quickly and in a professional manner. Nice people to deal with. Highly recommend Cut Rate Glass. I had them come out for an estimate on a slider glass patio door with the door handle completely off, this is an old door. He said they could order the parts that were needed to fix the problem. After talking to Rudy I realized I didn't need a new glass door. To have a company that wasn't unethical these days was much appreciated.

Extremely grateful to have found this company. The vertically sliding window had slammed down while on the frame. It was stuck at an angle. No amount of force to raise that window worked, and the top of the frame started to detach from the rest of the window after efforts to move it. Found Cut Rate Glass, and they were able to save the window! They replaced the window parts that were broken (balancers), and also made the window easier to open and close than before. Marlon is the best. He kind and funny and knowledgeable. Marlon is also super attentive to his work and thorough. I highly recommend this company for window repair, replacement, and other services.

We have a specialty window over our kitchen sink, a garden window that came with the house and is very old (1990's). Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He

Very fast, ontime and straight forward. Jacob assisted with the broken window glass repair. Their team know what they are doing. They are very courteous and mindful of the clients. Would definitely recommend and use them again for future repairs.
