Cutting Edge Countertops

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This process has been a nightmare from the beginning. It started off with the person who was supposed to come measure completely missed the appointment so I had to reschedule for another day which resulted in having to take 2 separate days off of work. During this time no one at the company would answer the phone. When the appointment finally took place, the employee used my microwave for personal food without asking. Just finally had the installment and it is a nightmare. We paid extra to have backsplash removed and I was told day of that they don’t do that. They broke something under the sink and we now have a leak that we are left to figure out as they said “we don’t deal with plumbing issues” they left the wall torn up without counter material. We used Cutting Edge for our new kitchen countertops 3 years ago and then reached out to have a bar top added to our area separating the kitchen from the living area. Everything went great from the assistance we received in the showroom to installation. Thanks to Cory, Ethan and Evan for the great job they did on the installation. It looks great !!

Evan and Cory did an amazing job! They were very professional and worked very quickly to get my countertops installed. They were both very friendly and answered all of the questions that I asked.

Corey and Shane both did a great job installing our counters. They were both punctual efficient with their time great conversationalist, which goes a Long way, considering there in our home talking to us while doing their work makes it feel more personable service. They got the counters installed very quickly and less time than I imagined as well as the sink got everything set and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. I would highly recommend this company and when it comes to the people installing your counters, I would recommend asking for Cory and Shane. They are awesome.

Cory, Evan and Chris! What a crew! These young men were absolutely phenomenal in the care they took to install my GORGEOUS porcelain stone island countertop yesterday. There was a hiccup in the scheduling time.. Lindsie.. I'm the office went above and beyond with the installers to make it right. I'm a career Customer Service Agent/Supervisor.. and I give ALL of them 4 stars & more! I can't wait to redo the rest of my kitchen cabinets so Cutting Edge can come out and match up the stone they installed yesterday.. my island is GORGEOUS!!!! I'm beyond thrilled!!! Thank you ALL!
