I found Jeff and his company through Floors for Living. We were replacing about 800 sqft of tile and it had to be done at two different times as the tile was in two different parts of the home. Jeff was excellent to work with on scheduling and went above and beyond expectations to meet my requirements on timing, cost and quality of removal. The crew who came out two separate times were professional and efficient. I was amazed how quickly they took up tile, removed the remaining mortar and left our home clean and ready for the new flooring. Having removed tile myself in the past, I was impressed with their equipment and ability to truly remove it without creating a house full of dust. Thank you Jeff and Marshall for coming to our rescue quickly after another Houston area dustless tile removal company pulled a no show. I'm so glad we ended up using Cutting Edge. The crew was on time, courteous and did a fantastic job removing our almost 800 sqft of ceramic tile, in about half the time expected. I didn't know a bare concrete slab could look so good, its completely ready for my new floor install and no leftover dust to be found. We had Cutting Edge come out to remove 30+ year old tile from our kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and foyer. We sought them out because of their dustless removal system. We were a bit skeptical about how dustless it would truly be but five hours later we could not find a significant amount of dust anywhere. Three days later we are still looking for the dust but it just isn't there. getting the area back to normal was a breeze once the crew was gone. We recommend them to anyone who needs tile removed.

From my first phone conversation with Marshall all the way through completion of this job (removing floor tiles & thin-set) I was very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and awesome work done by the crew. We used Cutting Edge for tile removal using their "dust free" system. It was 99.99% dust free. Well worth the few extra bucks to not have to deal with the silica dust that is normally generated. The removal took one day. We also used this same crew to install the new floor. The company worked around our schedule and busted their tail to get the job done on time. On two different nights the installers stayed till 8:00 PM (they asked if they could stay late and we were fine with it), just to ensure they were able to finish on time. The finished result looks amazing. Night and day difference from the original flooring. I would highly recommend.
