Wayne is polite,extremely thorough and knowledgeable. His communication skills are excellent for those of us with little knowledge in these areas. I explained to him we are purchasing from out of state and he was able to accommodate my schedule. He made this part of the entire buying process very easy. I would highly recommend his services .
