Ricky came out and trimmed up my shrubs and did a great job. He called me on his way and sent me pics to make sure I was happy. He did a great job.

I called in and explained I had a leaking valve on my sprinkler system. They told me they’d take care of it… 2 guys, $170 For the call plus parts if needed. The guys came out and saw it was a copper or brass valve. They had the dispatch lady call me and tell me they couldn’t fix it due to it being copper/brass. I noticed they billed me $170 anyway. I called and the lady on the phone said she’d talk to the boss about it. That was months ago. Nothing was done… no refund, no follow up.

Had to have the backflow preventer replaced on our sprinkler system and have it inspected to be compliant for TCEQ/water utility. Once we figured out the old double check valve was trash, Spencer ordered the new required parts and the crew came to install. Crew was prompt, friendly and helped educate me on my system as well as what they were doing. Didn’t love spending the money, but now I know what I have and know that it was installed correctly and works as intended. Thanks again!

Went by the job today to inspect the wall. Everything looks great! Drain pipe with gravel backfill per details and specs. Nice to see a professional job done right! Good job Jake 👍
