It depends on your location relative to the local towers. My husband and I didn't have a problem with setting up some kind of repeater or WiFi routing system if it did affect cell signal in our house, but it turned out being a moot point for us, yay! **Will rain/sleet/hail be loud with a metal roof? Answer, NO. You're probably thinking of tin roofs on sheds with no insulation. The pitch of rain/hail hitting changed a very tiny bit - like maybe it's a little higher? - but not really anything noticeable. The volume definitely did not go up. **Why metal roof?
