We hired this company as our realtor suggested this place as we were purchasing a home and needed the home inspected to make sure everything was good. A few months after purchasing the home we came across an issue since we hired someone to come take a look at our plumbing and he noticed that the water softener was completely turned off and on bypass mode which means that the water softener was not working and the homeowner put it to bypass so we wouldn’t notice. We now have to pay thousands of dollars for a whole unit replacement and this could have been avoided if they checked as the seller could have paid for it. Nowhere in the inspection notes did it talk about the softener.

This is probably the most professional duo I have used for inspecting one of our homes. They are so detailed in their report it was very easy to read and understand. Valerie is extremely polite and did her best to arrange the inspections according to our needs. Shane is very knowledgeable and thorough, i have to commend his patience because my husband and I kept asking the same question at times because we are not familiar with some of the technical stuff, he patiently repeated all the information over and over again and explained everything multiple times making sure we understood everything. We have used them twice so far and they are very detailed in their reports.
