I contacted CV plumbing because I was not getting any hot water in my residents. Chris the owner returned my call immediately and asked me to take a picture of my water tank heater and send it to him. Chris was able to diagnose what may be the problem from the photo and he suggested that he could walk me through several safe and easy steps to do, over the phone to try to remedy my problem. I followed Chris simple, safe and easy directions, and within 2-3 minutes I was able to get my hot water heater up and running again. Chris could of came to my residence to fix the problem at a cost. Because of Chris honesty, he gave me an opportunity to correct the problem myself, saving me a tremendous amount of money. WHO DOES THAT TODAY? The team returned my call on a holiday weekend almost immediately for a burst hot water heater. They came out within a few hours, replaced it quickly, and made sure everything was in great shape. They were incredibly professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job! Shout out to Felix who made sure I knew everything that was going on and was super friendly the entire time. I’ve called CV a couple times this heating season, the latest being a late night call to fix an issue with my boiler. Chris came out and had my heat up and running within an hour. Highly recommended.
