I recently became a member at CVS and began couponing as a way to save money responsibly. During my most recent visit, I experienced treatment that was both inappropriate and deeply concerning. While shopping, a staff member repeatedly followed me throughout the store, watched over my shoulder, and questioned my actions in a manner that suggested I was suspected of theft. This level of monitoring was excessive and unwarranted. What made the situation more troubling was that my husband and I were the only Black customers in the store at the time. I came to this location to pick up a same-day photos order after receiving notification that order was ready on yesterday. When I arrived, the photo area was extremely disorganized, and the employee helping me, Pamela, had trouble finding ny order. She was doing her best while juggling customers, the register, and searching through a messy workspace. She eventually found the printed photos but not the photo book. After about 10-12 minutes, she told me she was unable to locate the book. I asked for the manager. Cheryl (short, white, older, long hair), who had basically none nothing the entire time. This is the worst pharmacy ever I mean ever…. Even if it’s an emergency they dnt care at all choose a different location…. I been waiting on my blood pressure meds since yesterday nothing terrible if I can give 0 stars I would carless people

CVS have good sales around the holidays. Today I got 1/2 off name brand cologne. $95.00 cologne was 1/2 off. Limit 3 though.

The getting hold of the pharmacy is virtually impossible. CVS should do better all their stores are close to crappy. I don’t know whose worst CVS or Walgreens. Do Better
