When building my house i was told by my builder that we had to go through them. At first they seemed very professional but that changed very very quickly. I also want to state that my experience was with only one of the reps Coby. We picked everything out and waited for a quote which took really long when he knew we were on a deadline and then when i received the quote it was much higher than anticipated, granted i did pick a mix of high end tiles but he knew what the budget was. I was totally ok with spending a couple extra thousand but not when i didn't know what i was getting. Not only that but the tiles he picked with us wouldn't work anyway because they are not tiles designed for showers so they would not pass code. I would email asking a questions and it would take 2 weeks to get a r
