CWF Restoration

Justin and his crew did a great job for us after a water leak. They finished quickly and most of all did everything very professionally and respectfully. The area may have been left cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend. Halston was also very easy to work with and explained everything as Justin did.

First off I want to say that the initial response time of CWF was amazing. Josh the project manager for the clean up process was very professional, laid out the steps of the process, answered all of my questions and made me feel confident that my home and family would be taken care of. Once the process started he kept me updated on progress and would always answer my texts or phone calls. The clean up crew did a great job for the most part, however you could tell a few areas were not touched. The cleanup and remediation process ended up costing me over $20,000. I was ok with that because I was told that CWF was going to handle the complete process from the clean up stage all the way through to the end, including the rebuild stage. CWF Restoration mitigation team was always on time, very professional and very careful while working in our house. They explained the process from start to finish and worked quickly. Their office has kept in touch with me as well. I would highly recommend CWF for anyone needing restoration and mitigation.

I was a little skeptical when I chose CWF restoration as I didn't know who to call after my hot water heater leaked and flooded my hallway, so I just picked them from Google hoping for the best. I can honestly give them a 5 star review. I called them about 11:00pm the night just after my hot water heater overflowed and was able to get a project manager out to my home by 8am the very next morning. The project manager, Josh Black, was very professional and efficient and had a team with carpet driers, etc., at my home by 1pm that day. The team was very efficient as well as they raised the wet carpet areas and put 3 fans and a dehumidifer to work. They had to run for nearly 3 days to completely dry everything out. We recently had water damage at our home and were recommended to CWF Restoration by the plumber. We gave them a call and from there everything’s been great with the Technicians ( Julian / Jonas) ,Eric Cho the project manager who explained everything in detail & with Cheyanne giving us a check up call on the how the Reconstruction would be moving forward. Overall I recommend this company and their knowledgeable/friendly employees to anyone looking into a Restoration company. Update: Changing my review to a star since the reconstruction work was up to the work I suspected and I’m upset with that part of the work 😫
