Exceptional service! Completely blown away by how efficient and quick purchasing from the staff at CY Ace Hardware was. I purchased the Blackstone grill and accessories Sunday afternoon and they already had it built and ready for delivery the next morning. Every time I have ever entered the store I have always experienced great friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend doing business with the crew at Ace Hardware!

Great customer service! I'm always greeted at the front door and asked if they can help me find something. When a line starts to form, their associates pour into the registers and get everyone taken care of quickly and with a smile.

The staff was super helpful. As soon as I walked in they helped me out right away and made it super simple checking out. It was easy. They have everything there. The only problem is trying not to spend all my money

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks... so thankful for shopping at a store that carries every day AND specialty items where staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I like the "extra hours" and additional items this store offers but my favorite is still Baileys Ace Hardware on 2nd St due to great customer service.
