Cypress Air

Edgar has been my go-to guy for all of my a/c repair needs for over 10 years, including replacing my entire unit at a great price about 7 years ago. He's is trustworthy, prompt, reliable, informative and reasonable in his charges. He was referred to me by a friend and I have always been satisfied. I called him today, the day after Christmas, and was at my house within a few hours. A/C is cooling normally again. Thanks, Edgar.

Be very cautious about hiring this team. I thought they had all the right answers and instead I ended up with a damaged machine, a house with uncontrolled humidity and the builder grade special when it comes to new equipment. In the process of trying to get my brand new AC to work I had to hire another HVAC vendor and come out of pocket for another few hundred dollars. I am not sure if this company doesn’t have the education or just refuses to admit when they are wrong but overall I am stuck with a lemon of an air conditioner that will probably have to be replaced in the next 5 years.

I had an HVAC issue and needed it addressed as soon as possible. Edgar came out on short notice, diagnosed and fixed my problem in record time. I used one of the big national companies in the past, but he gets my business from now on.

These guys are who you call when you need it done right!!! We had a poorly installed blower fan that was causing major issues. Electrical, switches the whole gauntlet. The crew with Cypress Air not only diagnosed it, but found the solution and executed it in a timely manner at a very fair price. 100% recommend. Shout out to Mario for his excellent customer service and finding my flashlight in the attic!
