The service technician said he could repair the door and I asked for him to provide cost estimates for all of our options. Because we did not want our door to remain open all night we accepted the offer to repair the door. Once he "repaired" the garage door it immediately broke again. Then he said our only option was to replace the entire door and tried to pressure us into the replacement claiming he was giving us a great deal. I agree with other reviews that Cypress Creek Overhead Doors technicians are both professional and knowledgeable. I called and explained my garage situation to them that my door wouldn't open because of a broken torsion spring. A technician came the same day for an assessment and told me that spring should have lasted longer than 3 years. The garage spring used was different from the correct one, so a larger one is needed. It took a couple of days to order the spring, and Mike replaced the broken spring. He also did maintenance work on my door. Now the door opens perfectly.
