WoW! Contacted Michael of Cypress Plumbing early (7:00 am) with unknown water heater issue. Fit me in, arrived at my home by 10:00 am. Quickly assessed issue, which was still under warranty. Michael was immediately on phone w/company to advocate and resolve part issue on behalf of my family. Parts shipped overnight, Michael returned next day to install and make sure we had hot water again. Extremely accommodating. Thank you so much.

I have used Cypress plumbing a couple times now. I gotta say Mike, Evan and the others who helped with my hot water tank and attic piping were polite, professional and most of all arrived on time. Highly recommend.

Notified them I needed repair on work they completed and they sent someone to confirm. They said they needed to order the parts and after numerous missed appointments and phone calls still waiting. They no loner answer my calls, text or emails.

Very prompt response and timely service but way overpriced. Charged me $250 for a simple fix including parts that took 5 minutes and the part was less than $10 at home depot
