Extremely disappointed with our inground pool experience- We hired Cypress to install our inground pool, and what was supposed to be an exciting upgrade for our home turned into a long, frustrating, and costly ordeal. For the start, communication was poor. It took over a week to get our proposal emailed to us. After the contract was signed on 7/30 and deposit was shortly after made, I hadn't heard from them for weeks. I checked in 8/24 and was told that they were waiting on permitting then on 9/2 they reached out because they needed to show the town where the placement of the pool would be for our permit. When the town visited, they were concerned with the placement of the pool and did not meet their regulations. Hearing this news are surprising and stressful as we had already planned on

Cypress pools did a very good job tucking our pool liner. They scheduled the appt timely and followed up once it was done. The scheduler in the office was very nice as well.

After just going through 18 months of the new construction process, I had lost faith in the world of contractors. I started the process on researching pool companies a few months before we closed on our new home and Cypress quickly rose to the top of the list.
