Cyprus Air Heating, Air Conditioning and Fireplaces

Jay from Cyprus Air performed the annual maintenance service on our gas fireplace. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. He answered all our questions and told us what to watch for in caring for our fireplace. Great job all around!

Javier was our technician. He was so friendly with me and my kids. He came in, was fast at cleaning the fireplace, rearranged the logs and added embers to make the fire look nicer, and kindly showed me how to turn it on and off. 10/10 customer service highly recommend! The technician, Jay Gilles, did a great job servicing two gas fireplaces at my house today. He arrived on time and was focused and diligent as he cleaned out the fireplaces and set them back up again. He also patiently tested them until he was satisfied that they were working in top shape. I will definitely use the service again and highly recommend them.

My technician, Paris, was great! I live in an older home, which presented some issues related to the installation of my new hot water heater. Nevertheless, Paris embraced each challenge and successfully completed the installation. I am greatly appreciative of Paris, his professionalism, and his ability to navigate the hurdles seamlessly. Renardo was excellent. Awesome consultation and a sale if the estimate is affordable.
