Cyprus Air Heating, Cooling and Fireplaces

I had my water tested today as a courtesy from Cyprus Air, which I truly appreciated. My technician, Deshawn Patterson, was an absolute sweetheart—very informative, never rushed, and not at all pushy about selling products. I was very pleased with the visit and am considering purchasing some of the filters they offer. In a world where we have limited control over the quality of what we consume, testing our water and addressing any issues feels like a meaningful first step toward better health and well-being.

Brian Ebersole did an excellent job fixing our fireplace. He worked very late to make sure it got repaired with the part he ordered for us a few weeks earlier. Our fireplace works great now! He's a hard worker with a great disposition!

We are very pleased with Cyprus, and especially our technician, Kyle! We have our gas fireplace back! Great scheduling, and Kyle called when he was on his way which was helpful. He is such a nice guy, and knowledgeable- did the repair quickly and efficiently. We hope to see him for our yearly maintenance in a year. Highly recommend this company.

Sahdula provided outstanding and very professional service for our vent free fire log. He was very careful to ensure our surrounding room/carpet did not get any soot or debris while working. He was most informative about how the device worked. We were very pleased with his work.

William with Cypress air, heating and cooling was just a blessing. My furnace is old but he was able to diagnose, fix and recommend maintenance follow ups to allow the furnace to continue working safely. His knowledge and professionalism was exactly what you expect from technicians. To date, the furnace is still working. Amen.
