I am eternally grateful for this company! I called over a weekend when my heat went out unexpectedly and spoke to the man on call who was absolutely wonderful. He gave me great advice to hold me over the weekend until someone could come out Monday (saved me from paying $240 an hour). The guys who came out were wonderful! Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I trust them in my home when I am not around, they were able to fix my heat and did it with great service. Thank you Kurt! I can’t remember the other guys name but you guys are so amazing! Definitely calling again if I have a problem in the future!

First a foremost, one of the best experiences as a new customer I’ve ever had with any company. Kurt and his wife are the most generous and outstanding people I’ve ever met. On a Friday night to take the time and come to my house and not just examine but guide me through what could have been a serious and/or expensive problem is truly an experience I will hold onto and pay it forward one day. I highly recommend CZAPP. For any home improvement needs. If I have any issue from here on out I will be calling Kurt. Thank you so much buddy and God bless you and your family.

Some personal were fine . Three days and no heat . We have used over 30 years but something is going on . Sold building , today they were more interested in going to 10:00 appointment, just left , no heat and no real plan of action . Wife was done with them !… You stay until u have heat . Immediately after arriving had to go get co2 gas to blow oil lines - the tank they showed up with was empty - come on guys . One star is being generous. Disappointed former client .

I highly recommend Czapp mechanical! They were super friendly from the moment I called (Donna was fantastic). They were coming to fix our inside a/c furnace unit because it was leaking. It took a couple separate trips to fully diagnose the problem because it was complicated, but Adam and Curt (I believe that was his name) were excellent and thorough! We are customers for life now! Thank you for the great work and customer service! This is rare in our world today!

I would highly recommend Czapp! I had a very old gas furnace, and I wanted central air. Lester, Kurt, Adam, Nate and Justin did an awesome job of removing my old furnace and installing central air. I also got a great deal on a mini split for one of my bedrooms! It took two full days for them to remove and install everything. I am very pleased with everything! There was no mess for me to clean up when I got home! I can’t wait to use my central air this summer! Also one of the guys (sorry didn’t get his name) came back a little later and sawed my landscape edgers that they had to move for the air unit and made them custom fit. He also showed me where the filters were and answered some questions I had. Thank you so much for everything! Sandy
