Instructor Hogg is a fantastic teacher. He's well-versed in several weapons and conveys the information with great patience and understanding. He's also able to provide alternatives if there is any pain or discomfort in the body due to his expertise in anatomy. I would highly recommend his school to anyone wishing to learn traditional fencing.

Highly recommend! Mr. Hogg is a wonderful instructor and role model. My boys have thoroughly enjoyed taking lessons with him. Along with teaching swordsmanship, he instills honor and respect in his students.

My 13 yr old daughter has learned a great deal and looks forward to fencing classes with Instructor Hogg. Initially, she tried French instruction. Mr. Hogg soon noted she was better suited to Italian, and continues improving with each session. Students are always challenged to build upon and sharpen their skills through personalized attention to detail. Mr. Hogg expertly manages class time while pairing students up for different drills. It's a pleasure to watch them develop their swordsmanship while incorporating discipline and respect in the salon!

It’s a wonderful group and experience. I’ve been with them for about 4 years now and I have learned so much. The instructor are passionate about teaching fencing, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. If anyone had an interest I would definitely recommend the school.
