We’ve had repeated issues with this company being unreliable. Technicians often arrive later than scheduled, and repairs are not completed properly the first time. In many cases, the same issue returns the next day or shortly after. The usual response is to say parts are ordered, but even after long waits the equipment still isn’t fixed. The impression given is that the focus is more on billing visits than resolving the actual problems. After multiple service calls, our equipment continues to have recurring issues, which creates significant delays and frustration. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company due to lack of follow-through and consistent results.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend D. Blake Electric highly enough! We recently replaced three furnaces and three air conditioners, and the entire process was nothing short of exceptional. From the get-go, they impressed us with their punctuality. They arrived when they said they would, which can be uncommon in the service industry. We were blown away by the level of cleanliness in their work. Based on other work we have recently done in our home, I was fully prepared for our home to be turned upside down. I was thrilled, not a speck of dust was left behind. It was like they weren't even there! Their attention to detail was refreshing. Tech was Hunter. He arrived on time and took care of the Electrical installation with obvious expertise.

We are part time residents of St. George. We made a late trip down one evening and expected to arrive at a cool home in spite of 104 outside. To our dismay, inside was sweltering too. After checking everything I could do, I realized I needed help. The breaker tripped immediately each time I set it. It was after 8 pm when I called D Blake Electric and left a message. I fully expected to not hear back until the next day at best. To my delight, I was called back in minutes. They offered to come immediately, which impressed me to no end, but explained that waiting until morning made more sense so parts would be available. I cannot believe this company. We went through our home warranty for 2 issues so we were forced to choose this company by the warranty. Normally I would have called around asking for price quotes and advice before going with a company but since we went through the warranty company I didn't have that normal luxury. I guarantee though that if I had called around and explained the issue to any electrician over the phone (several outlets were out in our garage, patio and laundry room) they would have told me to find an outlet with a reset switch and press it. A toddler could do it. But nope, these guys sent someone to our house (5 days after they were supposed to contact us, after all of our plants were dying since our sprinklers weren't running for over a week.)
