I called D-Bug for a wasp/hornet problem. They were fast, efficient, and the Tech was friendly & professional. I had never hired a Pest Control company before, so I was unfamiliar with the process & he walked me through everything & made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Also - he didn't waste my time trying to "upsell" me on anything but did explain the various packages, which I appreciated & ultimately signed up for their seasonal package. Thank you, Thomas! D-Bug deserves 10 Stars!! I am in the process of buying a home in Washington, PA. Technician Nate performed the termite and carpenter ant inspection. He is very thorough, very honest and knowledgeable. Amazing customer service and highly recommendable, trustworthy company! Thank you, Nate.

Nate was on time and seemed very knowledgeable about termites which a home inspector found evidence of. Turns out, the infestation was neither recent nor active and the damage was minimal. Nate dug some inspection holes in the soil and found no bugs. Nates inspection was on free and he gave us some no obligation options for treatment for any potential future decepticons. Jokes aside, bugs are horrible for your largest investment. We recommend these guys to keep the bugs at bay.
