Do yourself a favor and use Casey at Heritage Plumbing in West Plains, Mo. DC Plumbing dropped foam on my carpet and when I called them to complain about it as i had to cut it off and replace with tile I was told they didnt use foam spray which was NOT true. They also said though i had the removed carpet with foam on it thst his crew didnt do that even though they did a good job filling all the holes around every water pipe inside with it. He refused to compensate me. I asked someone else and they said they charged me double what they should have. It was the lying that really pissed me off. Staff and employees was friendly had a 4 water leaks needed fixed already dug up and exposed boss came out first day spent 4 hours fixed 2 leaks two other guys came out following day fixed the other two plus had to redo one from the day prior as it was still leaking I never covered them for about a week to make sure they wasn't gunna leak two of them started leaking again. Had them come back out to fix them a few days later now about a month had past and 3 of the 4 they fixed started leaking again so I called them back bc I paid good money for them not to leak they sent a guy out wasn't there 2 minutes said yeah I remember doing work here and left and now can’t get them to call back or show up to fix what they have already been paid to fix and it’s not like it’s complicated plumbing i

The water pipe coming into our barn broke. The fellows from DC Plumbing came and fixed it. They were knowledgeable and professional. No one could ask for better service or work. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you!

I had a pipe burst right by my water meter bright and early on Saturday morning. The water company recommended d.c plumbing. I called them around 9am on Saturday. Everything was set up and ready to go come monday. I called them around 8:30am Monday morning and they came out, had my pipe fixed and was paid with in an hour and a half. They were extremely nice, patient, had a smile on their face the whole time. I will continue to work with this company. Love the experience

Our drain was clogged up with tree roots these guys came as soon as they could and got the job done quickly and they were kind and professional! I recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing work done!
