I managed to lock myself out of salt & light about 15 minutes before opening. I called D&D and in less than 15 minutes Justin arrived, got the door open, took my request for keys to be made & fixed the door jam. Fantastic customer service!

Boy was I having a bad day! My tenant forgot to leave a key for me to enter to have plumbing work done so I called D&D. They came to the rescue! The locksmith was very tolerant of me (which deserves 5 stars by itself :-)) He changed the lock and issued me new keys. I forgot to give him a tip so I made sure to drive to their office to drop the tip off! Thanks again Pat and the rest of the D&D team for great service!

I was just buying a key chain this time. But this is my go-to, for all my keys. They do really good work, and are reasonably priced. I've never had to take a key back because it didn't work. 🔑 🗝 🔐
