Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experience in my life We spent $40,000 on a heating and air conditioning system with this company and for months they refused to address the fact that it didn't work. The temperature in the house was 59 degrees and they said it was because it was too cold outside. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Fast service despite the cold weather. Omar is very knowledgeable and personable. Recommend D&D highly.

Call to make an appointment for a new Central air heat pump system. Was told the sales rep would call and set up an appointment. Waited almost 2 weeks with no phone call back from the company. I called the company and talked to the receptionist and she actually made the appointment for me. Had an appointment at 3 o’clock. At 3:15 the sales rep called me and said he could not make the appointment he was stuck at the shop. I let him know that I left work early just for this appointment so he had two of his technicians come over on the way back to the shop. Technicians did not seem like they wanted to really do the job and said oh that’s a lot of work. That’s a lot of work. The following week I heard nothing or did not receive any pricing from the sales representative. I called Wednesday and

Chris and the entire staff at D & D have been fantastic to work with! We spent an entire year getting qoutes to replace our ancient heat pump with an energy efficient one that would qualify us for the Inflation Reduction Act tax credits [and be within our budget] with no success. Finally, I spoke with Chris. He came the next day, listened to my husband and I, worked up 2 quotes for us; one was right on our budget, the other was over-budget, but qualified for all the State and federal rebates. By the time we figured in every available rebate, we could afford the most expensive [and most energy efficient] unit. It was installed 2 weeks later and we love it! Our house is warm, our electric bill is manageable, and our choice is good for the planet. We plan to build another house and won't hes
