Bill Murphy with D. E. Hill is awesome! He is very knowledgeable about his job and took care of our issue in a timely manner.

I wish I could give negative Stars for this company. I would not suggest hiring this company. We recently purchased a home in August 2016. We had DE HILL come out to do an inspection of the AC and Heating unit. They advised my husband and I that the Freon is leaking and that its a pinhole leak that they COULD NOT find. They proceeded to add 2 pounds of Freon and told us that the unit was good to go! Just recently we noticed that the heat was not heating well so I called an unnamed source to come out to check it out. He said the Freon is still leaking and that he has located the leak. We told him that DE HILL came out to do the AC and Heating inspection before we bought the home and what work was done. He was in shock that they did not repair the leak and that they added Freon to a leaking

Just moved here got their name from a neighbor, called them for HVAC Maintenance check up for the beginning of the season. They told me $75 for the service and $20 for the "special Cleaner" they use. Preston the Tech showed up, cleaned the unit with a spray bottle and a hose.. when I asked him if he was going to check anything, and maybe put some gauges on it, he told me : he didn't need to "he could hear the system and pressure was good" REALLY? that is amazing I have NEVER heard of anyone that could do that. So we basically paid $95 for him to hose off my unit... Needless to say I had another bigger company come out.. we had a bad capacitor and one that was going bad, based on meter readings, imagine that putting gauges on the system. I wrote the owner a message, she never answered..

Had an emergency situation around 7am one morning. D.E. Hill & Son had Technicians at my home by 8am, and by 10am the job and cleanup was complete. The cleanup I'm describing wasn't even there responsibility.

called them out night before was able to repair myself that night when showed up next day they hooked up guages said everything looked good and left was here 5 minutes and charged me for full hour .i need to work for them if they charge 75.00 for 5 minutes ..i own my own shop and i i have jobs that call for less than a hour thats what i charge ..called bussiness and said they charge that even if they are only there for 5 minutes ..will never use them again ..if you do better know if it takes 1hr and 5 minutes to fix they will charge you 2 hrs ..crooks----crooks ---crooks --
