Do not bother calling anywhere else! Professional, quick but thorough. Ruby who will answer the phone is the sweetest and the BEST! We have used them for our HVAC replacement as well as several Plumbing issues. They will not overcharge you like other places. They are simply the best!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service...water heater went out on Sunday morning. We held off requesting service until Sunday evening hoping for a Monday or Tuesday service and was told Monday later afternoon that it may be Tuesday or later because they were busy. My grandfather was a plumber for 75 years and he would have been appalled. He never would have allowed a family to go without hot water no matter what time of day or night. Customer service is apparently not important anymore. Very sad. Another company came to diagnose and said they would replace that night.

DE Wildasin replaced my HVAC system and water heater on one of the coldest days of the year. They were quick, efficient and very professional. Ben helped fill out some paperwork to get rebates from Columbia Gas and Met Ed. These guys have a new life long customer.

D E wildasins former owner originally came to my house over 5 years ago, saying he would guide me with respect to adding a newer furnace capable of retrofitting my 125 yr old house with central air. During this process I've been renovating, and knew it would take a long time. The company took on new ownership during this process as well, and the transition seemed very smooth. The contract was signed 3 years ago, and within a year I had to stop working on my house for unforeseen reasons. When I was able to start again i met with Ben, the owner, to get a good plan to wrap up. We all can agree that inflation over the last 3 years is retarded, but they honored the price!
