First I would like to start with the first day, I had to make an appointment to meet the owners to bring in my lamp. She was 30 minutes late and made all kind of excuses as to the reason why. Seond she wanted to charge me $500.00 to have the dust removed and the cord replaced. I negotiated and got her to 250.00. She stated that she needed 1 month to remove the dust and clean up the lamp. Now granted this is a Tiffany lamp from the 30-40's era, so I was expecting to pay a penny or two. I droped it off at the end of June. I called several times to come and pick up the lamp and it was never cpmpleted. I called about a month ago and low ands behold, the owners where someplace international and the man garenteed me that the lamp was complete and promised that he would personaly call me when the

do not use them for any antique wood furniture. there is another excellent antique furniture merchant in santa ana who is 100,000 times better. so many things were not done properly that I cannot begin to list here.
