For the initial job I got four other quotes, D and G was second from the lowest, come to find out I knew the owner’s son and it was a no-brainer, if they did a bad job, I could at the very least talk trash to James’ son…I certainly chose the right company, both James and Anthony are quality people who are truly concerned with doing the job right! The crew they used for my house were awesome, they worked efficiently, were very friendly and polite, and cleaned up well. My husband and I recently decided to replace all our tile and carpet with LVP. We went to D&G flooring and had an amazing experience from start to finish. James was very courteous and took the time to explain every step and quality for what we were looking for. Him and Anthony answered all my questions once the project was underway. From the time of the quote to installation it took less than a month. The team that came and installed the floors were very hard workers, Julio and his team took care with our furniture, explained what they were doing, were open to our concerns and questions. The installation was beautifully done and Julio explained exactly what we needed to do to care for our flooring. DO NOT RECOMMEND – Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful We had a terrible experience with this flooring company, specifically with a representative named Jaimes. We scheduled an estimate for 1:00 PM, and without any courtesy call or notice, they showed up at 11:00 AM — a full two hours early — while we were in the middle of another scheduled flooring estimate. Despite the scheduling error being on their part, they still proceeded after the other company finished. Later, when I called to follow up and ask for the estimate, Jaimes abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. Top rate experience from beginning to end. Salesman very product knowledgeable, consistently informative and accessible. He offered solid sales advice - I felt free of any high pressure sales pitches. Carpet installers showed up on time with correct materials and tools for the job and worked hard from time they arrived until time they left. They were professional, friendly, respectful of my home and I am entirely happy with the result of their work. I would unreservedly recommend this company!

James Lugo and crew are the best in the desert for selection and pricing. The quality of carpet and installation is, hands down, the best you'll find in the High Desert.
