Would give 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend. Find a company who will warranty their work and find solutions when their work isn’t done properly. They installed a single story unit for multilevel home and rigged it to work and it doesn’t work. They won’t even come out to explain how they set up their units or do any diagnostics. Zero responsibility and horrible customer service.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with D&L Heating and Air. Overall experience is A+, superb from beginning to end. I needed to replace my upstairs AC Unit and was looking to get quotes from different companies to get it replaced. I called D&L, and they appointed Rob for the job. From the moment he showed up on my property, he was highly professional. He took the time to walk me through all the details and make recommendations. The communication was superb at ALL times, whether by phone or via text; he was always ready to answer my questions and giving good advice. The quote came with no issue, and even after confirming late on a Thursday that I would like to get the job done the following Friday morning (I had to catch a flight on Friday afternoon), Rob made it

This company provides extremely low quality service. This company is over the HVAC systems in a new neighborhood that I purchased a home in, and it has been a nightmare. I have had to have them come out on 4 separate occasions to attempt to fix my HVAC system due to it making extremely loud vibration sounds. The first 2 technicians were extremely unknowledgeable as the 2nd group of technicians had to cut a 1 ft x 3ft hole in my sheetrock when that wasn’t even needed. Every group of technicians have been different individuals who do not work directly for D&L. They each are contracted out by D&L per the technicians that I encountered. The loud vibration sounds have yet to been resolved. I highly DO NOT recommend.

Extremely dangerous drivers at this company. If they don’t care about the lives of families on the road, why would anyone trust them with something as comparatively insignificant as HVAC repairs? There are too many other, better options out there to settle for this company.

Great service knowledgeable technicians. Polite and also patient what's my questions. Very reasonable prices.
