If I could give zero stars, I would. I am an attorney and was seeking information regarding their process. I suppose asking questions such as "how will I know what the final charge is before you charge my credit card?" or "how much are your services?" or "how does the process work since I won't be present but an employee will be" is not something the owner, Donald, wants to answer. Instead, he grabbed the phone from his wife, I think, said "You just have to trust us" and then hung up the phone. Giving a random person I have never met my credit card information and simply "trusting" that they will charge whatever they think is appropriate at a time that I am not present, is not something any person should EVER do. I called about a problem I had regarding the removal of an old deadbolt on my front door. Donny patiently worked with me over the phone until the issue I had was resolved. Anyone willing to give of their time free of charge gets 5 stars from me any day! If I ever have need of more extensive locksmith service, D & L is who I will turn to.

Donnie has been my locksmith for well over 8 years. I have used him when I was a contractor and now a civilian. If I want the job done now and I want it done right I call Donnie. He will tell you like it is, no BS. So if you want it sugar coated don't call Donnie. But he is reliable, trustworthy and the job is done right the first time.

This guy is the real deal if you are looking for an actual locksmith, not just someone with a keycutting machine this is your guy in Southern Maryland; highly recommend him. I only leave reviews if you are incredibly daft at your job, or in this case you are phenomenal at it; do what you will with that context.

Didnt seem interested in helping. I told him I would wait. He was explaining it would take an hour and half. I said no problem. He got frustrated and gave me someone else's name to contact. He did not have the persons contacts.
