Tried to get an inspection done and they forgot my appointment at 4pm. So I called Denise and they said Dale would come right way. 30min later still no show. Called back to make sure he didn't get lost and Denise got huffy and said I was being rude. She said she would just tell him not to come and hung up on me. My mother called back and tried to explain and Denise called her a b****. Dale arrived 45min late and said he can't account for what his wife says.

Very poor service. Came three hours late. Promised quote over weekend. I called on Monday. He said he never promised that and would get it to me the next day....that was three weeks ago. I've moved on.

I had no power in 1 room, he came today and had it working in less then 1 hour, reasonable price also, very happy with him, plan on having him again real soon as i have other work that needs to be done

Was a little late getting in the permit but he did his job he did what I paid him to do and all besides the timing everything was great does a good job

Work is good but is not reliable. Never on time and does not follow through with what he says he will do. Will not bother him again with my business.
