D & M Door

D and M were hired by my home warranty company to repair my garage door remote. When I spoke to Don prior to coming out I told him I would have to bang thr remote to get the door to open. Don fixed the remote but he also adjusted the chain tension cord on the opener making it too tight. After opening and closing my garage door 4 time the chain tension popped causing my spring to break. Don made matters worst and shoul not have even been working on the opener. He was called to fix the remote. When I called Don about the cord popping he laughed and said he didn't like hearing the squeak so he tightened the cord when that's not what he was hired to do. And did not offer to come out and fix the problem he caused.

I'm so glad I decided to stop trying to fix my door myself. What a headache.. Don came out had me fixed up and we shared many story's.. Felt like I developed a new friend on top of getting my problem fixed! What a great experience.. Dont hesitate calling this place! Super reasonable on price and also punctual!

Don was promptly here when he said he would be and had the parts on his truck to fix our broken spring. Had us back in operation in less than an hour. GREAT service, will definitely call him again if needed!!

Couldn't have asked for a better guy to do the job! He was efficient and reasonably priced, repaired our garage door opener in no time. Definitely someone I would call again!

Idk what is going on. We’ve always had Don do work on our door .. We started in June leaving messages for D&M to call us. After several messages over time, I happened to get Don on the phone. He was on his way to Plainfield to pick up garage doors. He took my info and stated he would call me back later that week to schedule an appt. After 2 weeks, I called again and left message. I then texted my info to his phone. He has never called back ———
