I could not have crafted or imagined a better experience in repairing/replacing a failed deadbolt cylinder. Not only was the service prompt, the pricing was affordable and very competitive. The owner and repair person, Dawn, was personable, informative and went above and beyond by also repairing parts of the lock hardware in the door frame that contributed to the cylinder failure. She even adjusted the companion door knob latch below the deadbolt cylinder to close and lock properly which was not part of the deadbolt issue. I would rate this service with 10 stars if I could!!! The company's owner, Dawn, went above and beyond. When my elderly mom got locked out of her house late in the evening, Dawn immediately made her way to my mom. I live several states away and felt helpless. I had called numerous companies and left messages with each one. Only D&M Locksmith called back. Dawn kept constant communication with me and worked quickly and thoroughly, making sure my mom was safely back in her home. And then Dawn continued the text messages to make sure all was complete. Mind you, all of this was after hours. I can confidently recommend D&M Locksmith. She was a huge blessing. Stellar service.

Dawn is amazing! We just moved and instead of buying new locks we were able to get 3 doors keyed cheaper than new locks! She was able to come out same day and the appointment took less than an hour. I encourage anyone who wants/needs to have your locks rekeyed to give her a call! We will definitely call for any other locksmith needs and recommend her to anyone that needs her services.

Dawn came by within 30 minutes. She fixed our problem within 15 minutes, reprogram our keyless lock. Price was reasonable. Would use her again.
