Great experience with D & M Mechanical Services. My AC stopped working and Michael, the owner, had Todd out the same day. Todd was professional, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my AC running again within an hour. Fast, reliable service — highly recommend!

They arrived promptly, demonstrating utmost professionalism from start to finish. My AC had a severe clog, but they tackled the issue efficiently and got it running like new again. Mike has been servicing my AC for over 25 years and is the one I call when needing a new one. Prompt, professional and fair. Last system he installed for me broke down after 10 years. Called him and immediately came by, entire system replaced next day, on a Sunday.

Mike and the team are absolutely amazing. I’ve dealt with him, Patrick and Todd. He has trustworthy team. I am familiar with this company over 10 years and I’ve dealt with Mike for my AC needs on and off. I wish I never called anyone else in between. He seriously diagnosed my leak issue over the phone that was occurring behind and around the pan. Instead of someone saying to remove entire unit, he had a tech come out bring a nitrogen machine and blow all the gunk and dirt out. It fixed a problem immediately. That tells me every 6 mo full maintnance is the key. I always call them now. They are reliable, on time and importantly trustworthy. You can’t find that easily these days. This company and Mike are fantastic, if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Air conditioner is very old, not working a few nights ago, Mike came the very next day, was so courteous, checked everything thoroughly and I needed a new air conditioning unit and outside compressor which I figured. Him and a few guys came the very next day and I couldn't be more pleased, they were so courteous, efficient and were done quicker then I thought. His prices are very fair, you will not get a better deal and you don't even have to worry about registering and filling out any paperwork on warranty which for me is an added bonus since I'm a procrastinator. Mike called the next day to make sure I was pleased with everything. Highly recommend D&M!!
