DM Plumbing & Heating just replaced my furnace and they were a joy to do business with. They were prompt and always came when they said they would. Given the recent weather, we were without heat so they installed the furnace on a Saturday and the AC unit a few days later. In the past they always recommended fixing our furnace and said it was worth fixing instead of replacement, so when they said it was time it was easy to agree. Prices were fair and we received an itemized receipt. I plan to use DM Plumbing & Heating for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

I called on a Wednesday afternoon to see if a plumber could come out to install a new tub and shower faucet because I couldn't find where the leaks were coming from in the existing unit. To my surprise, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning! When Justin arrived, he immediately put on protective booties over his boots and wore a face mask. I explained what I wanted to do. He checked out the existing plumbing, then suggested that we also put in shutoff valves and widen the access panel. I agreed to the plan. With that he began working diligently to fix and install everything. After he completed the project, he cleaned up both areas, entirely. I was able to look at the work, and ask a few questions then he neatly packed up and wrote out the invoice. The whole process was

My hot water tank went out on the morning of Wednesday, 8/20, and I immediately called D.M. Plumbing & Heating since they’re conveniently located right around the corner from me. I explained my situation, and without hesitation they reassured me they could install a new tank later that same day. True to their word, the technicians arrived promptly and were professional, friendly, and very thorough with the installation. It’s such a relief to have a local company you can count on in an emergency. I highly recommend D.M. Plumbing & Heating and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing or heating needs.

I just had David from DM plumbing in Amherst out to fix a copper pipe leak in a very difficult place to reach. It was wedged above the vent for the heating and ac, between upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. He was very respectful, reasonable, patient and knowledgeable and explained everything. I will use again and was very pleased with their service and pricing. He cleaned up everything.

These guys were life savers for me. In the span of about one month they replaced three ac units, two furnaces, one water heater, installed a new sump pump in a crawl space and ran a new drain line across my front lawn. Not only did they do all this on short notice, but for what I feel was a very good price. Every member of the team that I interacted with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be giving them a call for all my future plumbing and hvac needs.
