Had the best experience with Wade, Super nice, very knowledgeable and explained EVERYTHING! He switched out our horrible on demand system, and replaced it with a 50 gallon tank water heater, Super efficient, so quickly and couldn’t beat the price! We will be using this family owned and operated company from here on out!

I called this company on a Friday about a frozen pipe which most would consider a emergency. I was told I would get a call back in a few hours to let me know if they even came as far as my house which is only 20 minutes away anyway but OK. I didn't receive a call back for 5 days yes 5 dam days are you kidding me. This is only my opinion but I personally do not advise using them unless you have plenty of free time to wait around. Thumbs down.

Very disappointed and frustrated. They gave me a quote for the work and told me it would be 4–6 weeks before they could come out. Not ideal, but it was summer, so I understood they were likely busy. After 6 weeks, I started calling repeatedly. Each time, they told me they still planned to do the work but couldn’t give me a date. After another 4 weeks—and calling them at least once a week—they still couldn’t provide a timeline. Finally, after 10 weeks, they called to say they didn’t want the job and that I should find another plumber. WOW. I’m not going to tell anyone how to run their business, but I would strongly caution anyone before trying to do business with this company.

Heat went out on a Saturday, started calling around on Monday and heard end of the week or 'we don't service that brand' from everybody I reached out to. I called Bartlett's on Wednesday, they were out just before the end of the day, and scheduled the fix for Friday. Then they called back and got me in ahead of schedule on a Thursday. Service fee was below what I had been quoted by others. My part was expensive, but that's the way those things go sometimes.

Marty showed up and fixed our heat quickly after showing me how he identified the problem and future suggestions when we service again. Professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.
