It's a shame what has happened with this company. It used to be a good store, but lately everything has gone downhill. They closed the store and stopped providing customer service without any notice or explanation; the person who used to service my pool (who was extraordinary and did excellent work) left, and they didn't even bother to inform me about the change of pool technician. The new technician didn't do the job with the same quality, and everything became a problem. I decided to call the store to complain and cancel the service, and the manager, a woman named Maria, had the nerve to tell me that "they weren't responsible for their employees and that they weren't to blame for their poor work"... These are the worst and most dishonest people I have ever met in Miami. All that the maintenance guy did was to put chemicals in the pool, although there are leaves, dirt and debris in the pool. My video camera recorded the whole thing and proved that the technician did nothing else except for adding chemicals. I called the office and got yelled at. I requested to have the technician to come back and clean the pool and got refused. I provided the video evidence to them and they insisted that the technician did his job. The last owner of this business had been a loyal customer for a long time and recommended this service to me. However, they seem to have changed owner. It was a very good place with a long time giving a very good service but I see they closed the business. It was a very bad news for all the neighborhood

This family-owned business is wonderful! The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are willing to give advice and assist their customers in problem situations. We have used them for over 10 years and have been very satisfied with their service and care.

I’ve been using their services for about 20 years and just had the worst experience. The new manager ( lady with black hair and tatoos) got all bent out of shape that one of the return chlorine jugs had a crack on the top. I explained to her the prior time I came that specific jug was placed on my car by their attendant and when i took it out at my home it poured chlorine down my pants. The lady said she doesn’t need my business if I would not pay for a new jug, that the owners sold the store and that I am just one customer. I was a loyal customer for many years and now I will no longer do business with them. She’s unprofessional and in reality doesn’t know the first thing about business not how to handle situations.She’s terrible and unfortunately most of the staff there do not have a
