Called at 1pm for a leak to be fixed in the crawl space from our main line. Tech called at 3:50 and he's 30 mins away. He arrived almost an hour later, pushing it to definitely be after hours. He spent about 10 mins moving his service truck to the perfect spot. He did have to remove a small panel of skirting because of access, but I ended up having to pay $300 out of pocket for him to fix a small valve that was leaking, a $22 part. I'm also out of the $100 service call fee from my home warranty because he couldn't be bothered to call them to bill them instead of me, and made my family scrounge all their cash to be paid on the spot. After a holiday weekend without water, the two-man team arrived as expected, excavated to find the problem, fixed it, and added a shut off valve where we can reach it easily in the future. Professional, personable, hard-working, and thorough. We're very happy we chose D R Plumbing & HVAC.

We had a clogged septic line in our RV Park, and when my blade broke on my power auger...these guys came out quickly and saved the day! Recommend without reservation. Two days in a row I had Plumbing issues crop up and both times they were here within an hour or two and did the repairs efficiently.

Willy showed up on time and did a fantastic job of figuring out my low pressure issue. He has the knowledge for sure! Replaced PRV valve and we were good to go!! Very polite and respectful of me and my property. My first time using D.R. Plumbing and cooling and will call them for the next plumbing emergency!!
