BEWARE D&S Flooring can put down a good floor, but don't let the owner, Demetrius trick you into any other work because they don't know what they are doing. They will overcharge by thousands of dollars if he can get away with it, increase their prices as the job goes along paint and trim work is shoddy & they don't return phone calls. Like other shady contractors, timing is not their priority. At first he will ask for 50% down and 50% at completion, but once they begin work they will ask for more money before the job is complete and try to bleed your money. Once the mediocre but expensive work is complete and simple things like towel holders and toilet paper holders start falling off after 1 day (lol), good luck getting in touch with this company. I gave him plenty of opportunities

Had a terrible experience with this company. Contractor did not honor time frame, lied about permits, did below average work, damaged some new materials and would not respond to home owners requests to fix incomplete items after final payment. Finished job was not worth the $50,000 paid to the contractor.

Great service standards that most contractors don't have anymore. Very good prices, as well.

Best contractor. Fair pricing and gets the job done the right way.
