Mr. Thomas and his team did an incredible job repairing my metal roof at a very reasonable price. After a thorough exam of the roof, he discussed the repair recommendations and I was emailed an estimate. Mr. Thomas was very pleasant and professional to work with. His team was very efficient and they went above and beyond what I had expected. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up the worksite when they were finished with the repairs. My attic fan started making horrible scraping noises - on the hottest day of the year!! I called D. Thomas Roofing. Dave himself came over and crawled into the very small attic access - again on the hottest day of the year - determined that we needed a new fan. The very next day, his team was on-site, replaced the fan completely from the outside - they didn't need to come into the house - finished the installation and cleaned up within about 2 hours. Thank you for the prompt assessment, quick action to replace the ailing fan and the professionalism of the team. Five stars!
