They even allow me to change my appointment date for a day earlier. This company has the best price no one can beat it. Everyone wanted way more money. Their price you can’t beat it. I’m so happy I found this place. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Thank you again

I bought a Rheem water heater last summer that was defective. The company was great with warranty service. I opted to upgrade the replacement and have a partner of Home Depot do the install. I was contacted by Erica with D. W. Bahr Plumbing. She walked me through my options, I explained about the upgrade I wanted. She took the info for my old water heater that was still under warranty. Erica did the leg work with Home Depot to have the credit be put towards the new water heater and have it taken back to Home Depot when the new water heater is installed. Truly a great experience with competent people and business. Will definitely use the service again beyond the Home Depot partnership!

Very happy with the installation. Erica answered the phone when I called on a Sunday. We did appointment for next day. Unfortunately, we had the wrong water heater so we ha to reschedule for the next day. The install went smooth and the new waterheater was installed and worked perfectly. Very happy with the service and the professionalism of Erica and also the installer Maurice and his helper. I definitely would recommend DW Bahr Plumbing.

Punctual, professional and polite. My experience captured all of these actions. Starting with Erica she made the virtual experience easy and fast. She explained, viewed my current system by uploaded photos. The installers were great. In the morning of the install, I was told they would be to my house by 11 am. At exactly 10:59 am by doorbell rang. Wow! That never happened before. The installation was professional, efficient and clean. The entire experience was fantastic.

I am sincerely impressed with the professionalism and prompt service provided by D.W. Bahr for the replacement of my water heater. I spoke with Erica on Sunday morning and by Monday morning, two service technicians were at my house with a new tank. The quality of their installation was superb and expedient. I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend D.W. Bahr for plumbing services!
