D & W Heating & Air Conditioning

The D&W crew arrived on time at 8:30 AM Friday. They replaced our Heat Pump (condenser) outside and Air Handler inside the garage. We went with a single stage 5 ton Trane -5 SEER2 rating. The team of 3 worked very efficiently and very clean. I selected D&W due to the fact they are certified by Trane. Installation is as important as the system you buy. The difference between contractors was obvious. They did a great job and the owner Randy was on site quit a while. I highly recommend D&W !!! I called them because they were a dealer for a product that I have installed with my AC system. The EasyStart™ Flex Home AC Soft Starter. I saw that the light that is normal on was not and that my AC compressor was not turning on with the rest of the ac system. I had a great experience with D & W Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent Garth right over to take a look. They texted me when the tech was coming and Garth even arrived early and was very friendly, and had the problem solved within the 1st ten minutes. It was his day off and he couldn't have been nicer. Garth was extremely helpful. He was a few minutes early and waited for me to arrive at the scheduled time. He explained everything and gave me options. He wasn't looking for a quick sale. I felt like it was more relationship building with him and Theresa, the owner who scheduled the appointment.
