Jeff, the technician, was very, very knowledgeable and did his best to complete the job as soon as possible. Explained everything with patience. He had to replace a smart valve in my system during rainy weather. He waited outside for a while for the rain to stop and told me he’ll come back at a later time; it stopped raining minutes after, and he came back and finished the job! He could’ve said “I left already, I’ll come back later,” but no, he came back. Coincidentally, it started raining again AFTER he left! I definitely recommend this company, got the part and replaced it in a timely matter.

I came home at 11:20pm to discover my a/c was not blowing cold. I had originally had service with Dynamic Air through my previous home warranty. I called them at 11:23pm so that they would receive my request first thing in the morning. Arthur actually answered my call. He said he could be out the next morning between 9-11. He arrived about 10:15am. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Arthur, was knowledgeable, professional, polite, respectful, and honest. The repair was done correctly and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend this A/C company.
